Dear Jade I have just discovered your site and I wish I had done so 2 months ago when we bought our 4 month old dobe, Hades. I now understand more about what makes Hades tick and how we can help him fit in with us and the adjustments we need to make. At six months he is now going though quite a demanding phase but I must say that it is a most rewarding phase too. The only problem is that he does not relate at all well with our two cats - is there any way you could suggest introducing them to each other with the minimum of harm to Hades nose!? I love my dobe and would recommend the breed to anyone with patience and a strong character. Thank you Jade for showing us that Hades is a beautiful dobe, not the monster we thought he was becoming.
