Conditions of rental:
1) No groups under 21 years of age, and no party groups, (i.e. hen parties, stag parties, etc). A maximum of 4 adults per booking, this is for your comfort.
2) Only the persons named on the booking form may occupy the chalet. You agree not to sublet the chalet during your stay, nor to allow residence of any extra visitors over and above those named on this form, without the written permission of the owners.
3) Deposit payments are non-refundable once a booking has been accepted in writing. Any outstanding balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start date of the holiday. If the balance is not recieved prior to 3 weeks before the booking date, the booking will be treated as having been cancelled. Cleared payment in full for the entire booking must be recieved before occupancy can take place. Initial bookings are not treated as final until confirmed by the owner and are always treated as provisional until they have been confirmed in writing by the owner.
4) In the event of a cancellation by you: notice must be given in writing, and rent will be required at 50% of the total cost, if less that two weeks notice is given. If longer that two weeks notice is given, rent will be refunded, less the deposit value. Less than one weeks notice, full rent is required and no refund will be made.
5) When making a late booking (less than 4 weeks before the intended holiday date) the full rental charge must accompany the booking form, as without full payment late bookings will not be processed.
6) When signing this form you agree to be liable for all breakages or damage to the chalet or its contents, occurring during the period of occupancy. Any damage will be made good at your expense and settlement for any damage or repairs must be recieved within 48 days of any repair or replacement being carried out. On arrival, any items believed to be missing, or found to be damaged, must be reported immediately.
7) During your stay you agree to act responsibly and to be responsible for the other members of your party. You must not play loud music or cause annoyance to other chalet owners. If children are present they must not be allowed to cause a nuisance around the accommodation nor on the park in general.
8) If bringing pets by prior arrangement you understand and agree that you are able to bring pets to the chalet during your stay, but that they must be properly trained, well-behaved pets and this must always be by prior arrangement. You also understand that an additional charge of £35 per pet will apply (to cover extra cleaning). During your stay, your pet's welfare and behaviour is your sole responsibility. You also agree that furniture or fittings in the chalet must be respected and not be damaged by pets during their stay. You also agree not to leave pets unattended in the chalet at any point during your stay. This is for the welfare of the animal and also to avoid potential disruption to other visitors or damage to the chalet.
9) You understand that the chalet owners will not be responsible or liable for personal property, brought into the chalet, or onto the chalet park, by you or any member of your party during the period of your stay. This includes but is not limited to vehicles using the chalet park.
10) You understand that you will not be able to take possession of the chalet until after 2pm (14.00 hours) on the day of arrival.
11) You agree to vacate the chalet before 10am (10.00 hours) on the day of departure.
12) At the end of your stay the accommodation must be handed back in a satisfactory, clean condition, equipment is provided for this purpose and for your convenience.
13) Please note this chalet is strictly NO SMOKING.
